The Job

  • Purchase good materials & transfer on daily basis.
  • Checking the demanded goods and approving and stamping.
  • Daily bills transfer to accounts department.
  • Updating bills entry in software & Print after proper checks.
  • Monitoring and maintaining Raw Material in Store to Supply in base kitchen daily basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanness & hygiene in store.
  • Handling Team and Guide them for better performance in their Quality.
  • Updating In-ward & Out-ward of Stock.
  • Experience of handling store of Stock of (Grocery, Dairy, Retail Items etc.)
  • Knowledge of Excel to make MIS of Store Supply Daily basis for Management.

    • The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
  • You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
  • You have working knowledge of fifo and LIfo
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
