Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Specialist located in Chandigarh. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by utilizing analytical skills, providing customer support, effective communication, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
• Excellent verbal Skills in English.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
• Support customers across telecommunications.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. English Fluency level : Fluent.

2. Immediate joiners will be given first preference

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.

4. Flexible with a 24 / 7 Environment.

5. Must have worked with International BPO in voice process.
