Job descriptionGood drawing study and GD&T terminologies & application knowledge Should poses experience in handling any or all of FANUC / HAAS FANUC / Heidenhain / Siemens Controller of 3-4-5 Axis CNC Machines Should poses good experience in critical machining processes Should poses good understanding of fixturing concepts to perform On-Machine / Off-Machine Setting activities Should have knowledge on various types of Raw Materials & its machining processes Knowledge on developing CNC Programming for 3-4-5 Axis CNC Machining Centres, CNC VTLs & CNC Turn-mill Centres Knowledge on usage of Optical Probing Systems & LASER Presetting Systems are added advantage Knowledge on latest cutting tools & fixturing equipments Ability to do Systematic Root Cause Analysis & good Problem Solving capabilities Domain Knowledge in ISO 9001 & AS 9100 systems are essential Good Communication / Interpersonal Skills & ability to work in team Experience in Aerospace / Defence domains preferred
