Program Manager

This role is for Creations Infra India Pvt Ltd dealing with Turnkey DNB projects for Major corporates and Retailers across India. The candidate must have good communication skills, collaborative working knowledge to work across Design, Projects, Purchase and Finance teams. Previous experience in Design and Build project management experience in Interior, HVAC, plumbing is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop / maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Ensure weekly / monthly project status meetings are conducted with recorded MOM
• Prepare the required meeting material for WRM and MRM
• Ensure the project progress is meeting the time lapsed for execution
• Ensure action items are tracked effectively and acted upon by the project stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify, escalate and mitigate potential project risks
• Manage project budgets and improve the profitability of organization
• Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations along with implementation for lean organization and process
• Work on zero cost (ZC) tracking and ensure the project spends are below the ZC margins
• Regular updates on project status with respect to BOQ items are required
• Collaborate with Finance and Purchase teams to ensure the expenses of the projects are within worked out cost
• Be open for Site visits as required to ensure the progress is tracked and verified

We need an individual with go getter attitude who can role up the sleeves and get the work done.

Experience of min 1-2 years of Program / Project management in the same field or manufacturing is preferred.
