Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with society chairpersons to obtain permission for BTL activities.
  • Conduct extensive fieldwork to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders.
  • Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the market presence of LoveLocal.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in BTL marketing and extensive fieldwork.
  • Strong relationships with Chairmen of high class societies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales performance metrics.
