Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marcom Officer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing communications, digital campaigns, partner engagement strategies, and lead generation activities. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to execute flawlessly across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & MARCOM
- Create and manage co-branded content, decks, datasheets, and reseller kits.
- Drive consistent partner messaging across 5+ marketing channels.
- Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute monthly email campaigns (open rate target : 25%+).
- Generate 100+ leads per quarter via digital channels (, paid ads, email, webinars).
- Track and convert 30% of MQLs to SQLs via targeted nurturing.
- Sales Calling & Appointment Management
- Support SDRs in scheduling 1015 partner-led meetings / month.
- Manage demo request funnel and facilitate product walk-throughs.
- Collateral Customization
- Build 15+ co-branded collateral pieces annually for top-performing resellers.
- Email Campaign Management
- Deploy bi-weekly newsletters and partner updates to a base of 500+ contacts.
- Reporting & Funnel Tracking
- Maintain dashboards to report KPIs like CTR, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Provide monthly insights and performance metrics to sales and leadership teams.
Tools & Platforms Proficiency
- CRM & Marketing Automation : HubSpot, Zoho CRM etc
- Email & Campaign Tools : Mailchimp, Constant Contact etc
- Design & Content : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint
- Collaboration & Project Management : Notion, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Slack
- Web & Landing Pages : Unbounce, WordPress, Webflow
- Analytics & Reporting : Google Analytics, HubSpot Reports, Power BI, Excel (Advanced)
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, branding, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple priorities independently.
