The Role

Essential Skills :

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent phone manner with great verbal and written communication skills

Effective time, workload, and priority management

General knowledge of IT fundamentals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness and a desire to learn

Desirable Skills :

Previous Service Desk experience

Experience supporting Azure, M365 and Office365

Active Directory / user administration skills

Formal IT qualification (Certificate IV in IT or related area such as networking, cyber security)

Security Clearance Requirements

As our clients are primarily government, you will need to be an  Australian Citizen  and have an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance or at least the ability and willingness to obtain and hold one.

This position is a permanent opportunity based in the ACT area.
