Job Description :

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of social media management, user-generated content (UGC), influencer marketing, and public relations (PR). The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a passion for building lifestyle brands, and the ability to hustle in a startup environment.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Curate and create compelling UGC campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Manage PR activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Work closely with one of the co-founders to align marketing efforts with company goals and vision.

Requirements :

Proven experience in social media management, UGC campaigns, influencer marketing, and PR.

Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for building lifestyle brands and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
