Role & Responsibilities

Required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Screen resumes
Ability to meet daily targets.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Stay Updated of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Skills / Experience

Competent professional with over 0 - 1 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing.

Should be an excellent team player.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).

Self - motivated, punctual, and well organized.

Education : Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Age below 28 Years)
