Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Associate (Recruiter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and acquiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Proficiency in sourcing and talent acquisition. Assisting in screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment dashboards. Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of hiring processes. Engaging with candidates to build rapport and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Key Skills and Requirements :

strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
