Job Overview :
The Sales Trainee will be responsible vis-a-vis Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) for generating leads, managing pre-sales activities and maintaining post-sales engagement with customers. This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO SELL Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) :
Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential clients and markets
- Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads
Pre-Sales :
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pre-sales materialsOutbound callingPost-Sales Engagement :
Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concernsMaintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referralsRequirements :
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldRelevant Internship or min. academic project experienceExperience in Sales Executive or relevant role will be preferableExperience in B2C sale with EdTech will be preferableStrong understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skillsProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareAmbitious, Adaptive, ProactiveWhat We Offer :
