Job Description :

Manage projects end-to-end by demonstrating strong project management skills and

following project management standards.

Be the face of the organization and manage customer expectations on deliverables by

regularly communicating with Client / Analysts / Developers / Testers.

Assist junior team members in understanding and writing a quality code, conducting code reviews with developers, code refactoring. Also, assist and support projects with their technological challenges.

Work in a multi-project environment and own the responsibility of end to end delivery.

Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.

Support existing application and provide best possible solution to Client errors / problems.

Contribute to the recruitment process within the organization.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

9 to 12yrs of experience.

Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience.

Other Competencies :

At least 2 years in the role of Project Manager.

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Technically sound in Microsoft technologies with exposure to application architectures like MVC.

Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and people friendly.

Should have excellent people handling skills. Must have excellent Communication, Presentation.

Must have a good understanding of Agile Project Management Methodologies and Software Quality Processes.
