Role : Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Expert
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Expert, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of CRM solution development, from understanding client requirements and designing the architecture to implementing customizations, developing Power Platform applications, and ensuring successful deployment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly CRM solutions that drive business value.
What We're Looking For :
Deep Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Development :
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) platform, including its core modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), customization capabilities, and development best practices.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions.
- Proven track record of actively participating in the design and successful deployment of CRM solutions, including gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, and managing the implementation process.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a flair for identifying innovative solutions to complex business challenges within the Dynamics 365 CE environment.
- Candidates must have significant hands-on experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and the broader Power Platform, including Power Automate (Flows) and potentially Power BI.
- Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE, including working with entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and business process flows.
- Experience in developing custom plugins (using C# .NET) and custom workflow activities to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proficiency in using JavaScript for client-side scripting and enhancing the user interface within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques for moving data into Dynamics 365 CE, as well as integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using APIs (REST / SOAP).
Solution Management :
