As an Account EHS Manager at JLL, you will have several key responsibilities and opportunities

Here's an overview : Responsibilities :

• Safety protocols : You will be responsible for implementing and managing the Company's safety management system across the APAC region. This includes ensuring compliance with national and local safety standards in clients' portfolios and designing and enforcing risk management strategies.
• Communication and reporting : You will provide valuable insights and technical advice on mitigating risks, organize effective communication plans, and provide regular reports on the adoption of safety protocols. Routine inspections, reviews, and audits will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Collaboration : You will work closely with site teams to ensure adherence to safety measures and procedures, collaborate with account teams to identify improvement opportunities, and find cost-effective ways to implement safety standards. Building relationships with clients and contractors will be essential, and you will support procurement in selecting contractors and ensuring their compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications :

Workplace safety expertise : You should have at least three years of experience in managing EHS systems and be well-versed in international safety standards. Certification such as Chartered Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) is preferred.

Technical skills : You should have a good working knowledge of EHS tools and platforms, along with the ability to address technical issues.

Experience in quality management systems and Lead Auditor Qualifications is advantageous.

Leadership and soft skills : Superior verbal and written communication skills are crucial for client engagement tasks such as meetings, presentations, and reports.

You should be able to deliver innovative solutions based on clients' needs and balance their demands and deadlines.

Experience in drafting account policies and training materials is a plus.
