Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Channel Sales Manager

to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing channel partners, driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing field sales management activities.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet targets. Develop and implement strategies to expand the channel partner network. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications Proven experience in

and managing

Channel Partners . Strong background in

Sales Management

with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional

customer service

skills. Excellent

interpersonal ,

communication

abilities. Proficient in analyzing

sales data

and identifying market trends. Real estate industry experience

is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration or a related field is required.
