Job Title : Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Qualification
Qualify inbound leads from web forms, marketing campaigns, social media inquiries, and
referrals.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, , and other channels.
Use discovery frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, etc.) to determine if leads meet criteria for a
sales-qualified meeting.
2. Outreach & Communication
Make daily outbound calls and send emails to engage prospects and introduce the
agency’s digital marketing services.
Handle initial conversations, answer objections, and articulate value propositions clearly
and persuasively.
Follow up consistently with warm leads using CRM tools and automations.
3. Appointment Setting
Book qualified meetings for senior sales reps or account executives.
Maintain a strong show-up rate by confirming appointments and prepping leads where
necessary.
Update CRM with notes, call outcomes, and next steps after each interaction.
4. Pipeline Building & Management
Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead quality and targeting.
Regularly report on lead status, pipeline health, and key sales metrics.
Qualifications & Skills :
1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in an agency or
B2B services environment.
Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and meeting-booking targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with outbound calls and building rapport quickly with strangers.
Familiarity with digital marketing services like SEO, paid ads, and social media is a
strong asset.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Organized, persistent, and goal-driven.
