The Job
You will be responsible for :
Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls.Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.Managing the office move to a new location.Liaising with building management on any facilities related issues.Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Receptionist role, ideally within the Aviation, Transport & Logistics, Financial Services and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.You have working knowledge of helpdesk and courierYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are a strong networker & relationship builderThe Employer
