• Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel / product for Customers worldwide

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communication : Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Education qualification : Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
• Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Pure Work from office
• 24 / 7 rotational shift 6 days of work / Week off : -1-day rotational week off Qualifications
• Education – Graduate or Pursuing OR Diploma in Aviation from a Reputed institute
• Experience - Fresher / Experience
