Maintain an exceptional understanding of Recruitment the online advertising industry
Establish effective working relationships throughout the organization (with Product, Product Marketing and Product Support teams) to ensure solid communication flow of information and feedback on process, policy and product change
Should have expertise to get the actual target audience by running the campaign to fill our critical and niche job vacancies on fast pace

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience with product launches and / or integrated marketing campaigns
