What You Will Do :

  • Analyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends
  • Assist and facilitate Agile development processes and maintain clear, actionable JIRA workflows
  • Work closely with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to define features and prioritize incoming tickets by assessing priority and impact
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependencies

What You Will Need :

  • 4 years of experience within complex technical systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in working in managing large-scale Jira environments.

    • What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience working in AWS / Azure environments
  • Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner / Product Manager, etc.)
