Job Summary :

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented  Performance Marketing Specialist  to lead our digital marketing efforts and optimize paid campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, expertise in digital advertising, and experience in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing :

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to enhance performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital ad budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency.

SEO & SEM Management :

  • Implement search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve landing pages for better search rankings.
  • Monitor and improve organic traffic performance through SEO best practices.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization :

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for home healthcare services.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and user experience to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide in-depth campaign analysis.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM software to measure performance.
  • Create detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Market Research :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to align marketing efforts.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand digital marketing initiatives and improve engagement.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, and digital advertising (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to work with budgets and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
