Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Manager Data Science & BI to drive advanced analytics, performance insights, and marketing intelligence at scale. This role will act as the analytical backbone of the marketing function, working closely with brand, growth, product marketing, and digital teams to power data-led decisions. Youll own marketing dashboards, campaign analytics, LTV / CAC modeling, and predictive frameworks to optimize performance across all channels.
Key Intelligence & Performance Analytics :
- Own end-to-end analytics support for all marketing functions paid media, CRM, content, SEO, app acquisition, and retention.
- Build dashboards and automated reports tracking CAC, LTV, ROI, CPM / CPC / CPA, conversion funnels, and user activation metrics.
Advanced Data Science for Growth :
Build and maintain predictive models for user churn, reactivation, credit usage behavior, and high-LTV customer identification.Design media attribution models and cohort-based funnel performance to understand drop-offs and optimize budgets.Leverage regression models, clustering, and segmentation to guide targeting, personalization, and offer strategy.BI System Ownership :
Lead the setup and maintenance of scalable BI dashboards using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.Own data pipelines and collaboration with engineering / data warehousing teams to ensure real-time and accurate insights for marketing teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Be the go-to analytics partner for the Head of Marketing and channel leads (performance, retention, ASO, SEO, CRM).Translate business questions into analytical frameworks; communicate findings in clear, decision-ready formats.Enable marketing experimentation at scale A / B testing, incrementality testing, and uplift analysis.Data Governance & Quality :
Ensure consistency and accuracy of KPIs across platforms.Define measurement frameworks for new initiatives and maintain hygiene in event tracking via GA4, Firebase, or AppsFlyer.Qualifications & Skills :
710 years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or BI, preferably in fintech, ecommerce, or digital-first brands.Strong command of SQL, Python / R, Google BigQuery, and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Hands-on with GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, MoEngage, and ad platforms analytics (Google Ads, Meta, DV360).Proven ability to build predictive models and deliver actionable insights for marketing ROI improvement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with CDPs or marketing automation platforms is a plus.What Youll Get :
