Associate Director- Data science

We are seeking a highly driven Client Services Manager – Data Science Lead to lead and deliver end-to-end data science solutions for pharmaceutical clients. This is a consulting-focused role requiring hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers on complex healthcare and pharma data projects.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders and contribute to technical solutioning and proposal discussions.
• Deliver full-lifecycle data science projects including data cleaning, feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment.
• Apply advanced ML / statistical techniques such as regression models, neural networks, and NLP (including BERT).
• Stay up to date on AI / ML advancements and guide the team on new approaches.
• Ensure models are scalable, optimized, and implemented within sustainable frameworks.

Preferred Experience & Skills :

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a reputed institution

Experience : 7–10 years

Preferred Industry : Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences
