Program Manager

About The Role

As a Program Manager Intern, you will work closely with the BU Head to drive efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify high-GM opportunities and inform strategic planning for the Startup BU.
• Assisting in continuously updating and maintaining key performance dashboards and data sets, ensuring accuracy and providing real-time insights for the BU Head.
• Collaborating directly with the BU Head to map existing operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help design and implement new, scalable processes.
• Supporting the development of reports and presentations to communicate key findings and progress on strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the Startup BU's overall operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
