Role Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns tailored to the local market. Reporting to the country manager, this role will be instrumental in developing strategies aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth within India , while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Campaign Management : Own the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns in [Country], from conceptualization and design to execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring campaigns are localized to meet the market's specific needs.
- Content Creation & Strategy : Develop compelling marketing content tailored to the local audience for various channels, including email, push notifications, web content, social media, and more, while ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and objectives in the country.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization : Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and driving revenue. Optimize these campaigns based on local market data insights and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with teams across the organization to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive and culturally relevant messaging.
- Market Insights & Reporting : Analyze local campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and report on key metrics to country manager.
- Adaptability & Innovation : Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions that address the evolving needs of the local market, ensuring the marketing strategy remains competitive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Other Duties : Support broader company marketing initiatives and contribute to company growth, taking on additional tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 3 year of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, with strong knowledge of the local market or in a Crypto Exchange-related environment.Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field, with an understanding of local user behavior and market dynamics.Strong content creation skills, with experience in email, web, social media, and other digital platforms.Ability to analyze local data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and , with the ability to create content that resonates with the local market.
