Job description

Position : Assistant, Associate & Professor

Location : Visakhapatnam

Requirement : We are looking for Faculty to teach in the departments of :

It would be desirable if the faculty could associate their research with the following thematic areas :

  • Decent Work and Productivity
  • Resilient Supply Chains
  • Service Science
  • Social Entrepreneurship

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and deliver courses in various business disciplines.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate various learning styles.
  • Stay updated with current business trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Conduct high quality research in a particular field of knowledge and publish findings in professional journals, books, or electronic media.
  • Guide MBA students in their research projects and theses and assist in job placement.
  • Build partnerships with the business community for MDPs, Executive Education Programs, workshops, and networking events.
  • Provide academic counselling and career advice to MBA students.
  • Participate in the development and review of academic programs.
  • Serve on faculty committees and contribute to policy-making.
  • Engage in accreditation processes and ensure compliance with educational standards.

    • Education and Experience

  • The candidate must possess a PhD from Accredited University.
  • Teaching / Industry / Research experience as per UGC / AICTE Norms
  • Significant experience in teaching at the university level, preferably in MBA programs.
  • A strong record of research and publications.
  • Professional experience in the business sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
