ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS Consultative Sales. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Represent our companys products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine the companys lead generation playbook.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects).Research on the prospects for personalizationIdentify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products / servicesCrafting personalized messages (follow-ups)Social touches (mostly LinkedIn)Call blocks to prospects (optional)Reporting and statisticsContact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emailsManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for the next stepsBuild long-term trusting relationships with prospectsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account ExecutivesReport to the Sales ManagerEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least a bachelor's degree or Diploma.Proven work experience (2 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep, or similar role.Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.Qualifying leads and prospects.Track record of achieving the given quotas.Experience in working with a CRM.Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.WORK ETHICS AND QUALITIES
