We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
This role will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for building Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Business Development : Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Reporting & Analysis : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
CRM Management : Utilize CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer 2+years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
