Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in customer service and project management.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

  • Inspire and support team members to foster effective collaboration.
  • Address challenges like profit declines and employee conflicts with actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads and HR to create efficient work schedules.
  • Oversee the hiring process and ensure new employees receive thorough training.

Sales Management :

  • Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients across various sectors.
  • Oversee operations in Education, Enterprise, Government, Hospitality, and Healthcare.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Project Management :

  • Oversee the design and implementation of AV solutions.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld in all services.
  • Help set policies, processes, and strategic goals for growth.
  • Operations Management :

  • Ensure project deadlines are met; plan, monitor, and execute project schedules.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Financial Oversight :

  • Manage the profit and loss for the business unit.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and manage invoicing processes.
  • Address any financial deviations or discrepancies proactively.
  • Qualifications :

  • MBA or M.Tech preferred.
  • AVIXA Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in budgeting, payroll, and financial forecasting.
