Job Title : QAD Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled QAD Techno-Functional Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in QAD ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of functional understanding and technical capabilities to support, enhance, and customize QAD applications to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Work as a bridge between business users and technical teams for QAD ERP implementation, customization, and support.
Analyze business processes and requirements; provide effective QAD ERP solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy QAD customizations using Progress 4GL or related technologies.
Provide functional support in QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, or CRM.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
Participate in QAD upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and technical developments.
Provide training and support to end-users.

Required Skills :

3+ years of experience in QAD ERP as a techno-functional consultant.

Good knowledge of QAD modules like Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Distribution.

Experience in Progress 4GL or QAD's development environment.

Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into ERP functionalities.

Experience with QAD eB2 / SE / EE versions preferred.

Familiarity with QAD integration tools and techniques (E.g., QXtend, EDI).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience with QAD Cloud ERP.

Knowledge of QAD Automation or Reporting tools.

Exposure to other ERP systems or middleware tools.
