Position : Senior Salesforce Administrator
Role Overview :
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and
enhancing the Salesforce platform ensuring its scalability and usability for all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include managing user accounts system configurations and
integrated applications while driving platform improvements and user adoption. This
position demands an individual with extensive Salesforce expertise proactive problem
solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of user and license administration including onboarding deactivation
and permissions management.
Implement Salesforce configurations such as Flows assignment rules approval processesand dashboards.
Perform data management tasks to ensure highquality data and implement automatedrules where necessary.
Conduct proactive system maintenance including security reviews updates and healthchecks.
Monitor user adoption provide training and address support tickets.Create and manage platform roadmaps liaise with stakeholders and communicateplatform changes effectively.
Oversee sandbox management and DevOps / release processes.Collaborate with thirdparty vendors and manage integrated applications like HubSpotDocuSign and LinkedIn integrations.
Required Qualifications :
8 years of handson Salesforce Administration experience.Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced certifications like Platform App Builderpreferred).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud with expertise in designingscalable bestpractice solutions.
Proficient in change management and governance with experience translating businessrequirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Desired Skills and Attributes :
Familiarity with basic triggers and Apex code.Active participation in the Salesforce community and commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment.
