Position Description : The person will lead Global Marketing for key portfolios of Wipro’s Digital Operations and Platforms business. The portfolio will include AI & Immersive Operations and major Industry verticals for Digital Operations, BFSI and Healthcare. This will be a senior position which will include taking ownership and responsibility and drive business outcomes related to Growth, Lead Gen, driving thought leadership and creating strong analyst endorsements for the business. Roles & Responsibilities : Responsibilities : Build Marketing Strategy for the assigned businesses and support with impactful solution launches & GTM initiatives. Developing marketing plans to drive go-to-market strategies for capabilities namely- AI, Gen AI, Remote Sensing, AR / VR, Immersive experience, automation across industry verticals such as BFS, Capital Markets, Insurance, Healthcare and for global markets. Devise innovative ways to create brand awareness in the highly competitive space of cutting-edge technology and create a brand for continued consideration. Thought-leadership, Content strategy for lead-gen Develop and implement demand & lead generation marketing strategies and campaigns, using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of these efforts. Drive successful strategies to help build sales pipeline by managing webinars, in-person events, industry events, analyst collaborations, building a strong content marketing plan and partnering with leading industry associations. Overseeing the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing materials to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers across all channels- digital, social media, email communications, events and forums. Industry trends & Market analysis Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Help develop strong position and messaging based on customer persona, needs of the clients and business offerings. Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation Team, stakeholder management and vendor management Leading and motivating a marketing team and ensuring effective implementation of initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders across sales, pre-sales, delivery, product management, and other areas to ensure buy-in and understanding of marketing campaigns. Monitoring performance of vendors to optimize collaboration and mitigate risks. Budgeting Managing and reporting on the marketing budget, and allocating resources to the most impactful initiatives Qualifications : Must Have : 10-15 years total experience 7+ years of marketing experience in high-growth IT or ITES Services companies 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with a proven track-record of building and leading a successful, high-growth, metrics driven service line.
