Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and provide support and resources to facilitate their success.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales and sales management.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
