Job Description

• Sort medical records as per instructions outlined in the guidelines provide by the client
• Complete the packets within stipulated timelines and update onshore nurses
• Reach out to the onshore team to seek clarification, if required
• Analyze, validate and process transactions as per Desktop procedures
• Analyze and research all discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve outstanding items
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
