We're looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team, leading operations, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth workflow management.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Sales

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers in-store, via phone, and email.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Handle inquiries, quotes, and orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience, addressing any issues promptly.

Workflow & Operations Management

  • Manage the end-to-end workflow, from order intake to production and delivery.
  • Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for key products.
  • Coordinate with decorators, suppliers, and vendors to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage order timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, motivate, and support staff in daily operations.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets productivity goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees.
  • Foster a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.
  • Administration & Reporting

  • Manage store budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Process payments, invoices, and returns accurately.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management review.
  • Maintain store policies and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in retail or business management, ideally in apparel, promotional products, or related industries.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency with inventory management and workflow systems.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
