We have been retained by a Singapore based client into Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing to hire a Manager HR / HRBPGM Operations to be based in Chennai (Oragodam).

We are excited to inform you about a fantastic opportunity with 10+ years of experience in HR Management and looking for somebody who have experience in greenfield and brownfield project.

Mandatory Skillset are required :

• At least 10+ years HR experience with no less than 5 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities.
• University graduate with major in HR management

Other Skills :

Good organizational and planning abilities.

Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

Comfortable interacting with and presenting to Senior Management

Resourcefulness in identifying cost effective solutions.

Sound quantitative and statistical reasoning skills

Good networking ability with industry HR practitioners.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability

Good working knowledge of local labour legislation and regulations.
