Ravel Virtual Assistants Private Limited is actively seeking skilled Customer Service Executives to join our team. This role focuses on providing top-tier support to international customers via email and chat, with occasional voice support as needed. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Email and Chat Support : Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and chat. Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Voice Support (As Needed) : Provide voice support when required, ensuring consistent service quality across all communication channels.
International Customer Service : Understand and address the unique needs of a global customer base, ensuring culturally sensitive and appropriate interactions.
Problem Resolution : Apply critical thinking to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Escalate complex cases to senior support or other departments as necessary.
Documentation : Accurately record all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to maintain detailed and organized records.
Product Expertise : Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and policies of the brands you support to offer informed guidance and support to customers.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery and share best practices for handling international inquiries.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience : A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably with experience supporting international clients or working in a global company.
Language Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
Technical Proficiency : Strong familiarity with CRM systems, email, and chat platforms is required. Basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
Customer Centric Mindset : Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize the needs of international customers, with a focus on delivering personalized and effective solutions.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to navigate complex customer issues and provide thoughtful, timely resolutions.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Work Environment :
Location : This role is based at our office in Noida Sector 65.
Shift Flexibility : Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate international time zones and customer needs.
Work Arrangements : While the company values flexibility in work arrangements, this role is work from office based on operational requirements. Applicants should be comfortable working onsite to ensure effective collaboration and smooth execution of responsibilities.
