Job Description : -

• Its 70% recruitment & 30% HRBP profile.
• Responsible for Sourcing, Coordinating, Recruitment of candidates Area / JC Level Roles.
• Explore various methods for Volume Hiring (Sales Positions) - Walk in Drive, Job Fair, NGO connect, Campus drive, Sourcing through Job sites, Social Media etc..
• Taking care of joining formalities and Induction Process.
• Drive Performance Management System within the State.
• Should be able to drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Should be able to do talent management.
• Expected to proficient in making presentations.
• Should be practiced with company policies and ensure adherence of the same.
• Employee attrition analysis and control.

Desired Candidate should have experience in : Must have Extensively worked on Talent Acquisition, Hiring & Onboarding Process (NON-IT positions)
