Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Fraud Prevention Analyst to lead efforts in identifying, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activity within our online platforms. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in fraud prevention, particularly in high-volume online transactions or within the restaurant industry. This role will require strong analytical skills, vendor communication, and the ability to track and act on fraud-related metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead data-driven investigations to detect and mitigate fraudulent activity.
- Design and monitor fraud prevention metrics and dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop and enhance fraud strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on trend analysis and suspicious behavior patterns.
- Ensure continuous improvement in fraud prevention processes through data analysis and feedback loops.
