Lead Web Developer

What's the role?

As a Lead Web Developer at Hilti you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s software offerings. You are expected to translate business requirements into technical applications, create and maintain intricate and innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Additionally, you will coach other software developers in a cross-functional environment and review their contributions.

What does the role involve?

• Actively participate in product feature and design discussions and help shape the future of Hilti SW solutions.
• Responsible to build, test & maintain features & functionality.
• Collaborate actively with Hilti’s product / solution owners and architects to translate jointly defined requirements into working software.
• Present solutions to both technical leadership and other software engineering teams.
• Lead code review and enforce coding standards.
• Develop, implement, and document technical application design and guidelines for SW development process.
• Establish libraries of reusable components for applications.
• Mentor developers in their day-to-day tasks and build their professional development.
