Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across real estate, food and health verticals.
- Identify new growth opportunities and lead brand expansion initiatives.
- Align marketing objectives with overall business and revenue goals.
Brand Management
Strengthen brand identity across AsmitA India Realty, AsmitA Organic Farms, and AsmitA Club.Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, outdoor) to enhance brand visibility and consistency.Oversee execution in collaboration with in-house teams and external creative, media, and PR agencies.Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a cross-functional in-house marketing team.Work closely with sales, design, and operations for aligned execution.Collaborate with external partners and agencies to scale marketing efforts effectively.Market & Consumer Intelligence
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies.Gather insights from influencer feedback, field teams, and e-commerce data.Use findings to refine messaging, segmentation, and campaign strategies.Sales & Channel Support
Collaborate with sales and ecommerce teams to optimise performance across D2C and marketplace channels.Support listings and promotional planning for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and own website.Create high-converting marketing collaterals and performance-driven sales tools.Product Launches & Campaigns
Lead planning and execution of new product launches, property campaigns, and on-ground activations.Work with event partners, media buyers, and production agencies for impactful rollouts.Track impact and improve launch strategies based on performance data.Performance & Analytics
Monitor KPIs and campaign ROI across all channels.Optimise budgets and tactics using insights from analytics and tracking tools.Present regular performance reports to leadership for decision-making.Budgeting & Forecasting
Manage marketing budgets across verticals with a focus on ROI and brand-building.Forecast marketing activities and align with sales cycles and launch calendars.Ensure efficient spend across internal teams and agency retainers.Key Skills & Competencies
Experience in omni-channel marketing across real estate,health, and organic D2C categories.Proven success working with creative, PR, digital, and influencer agencies.Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities.Comfort with content strategy, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.Qualifications
