Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our dynamic team at Pfit Global, a leading US staffing firm. The ideal candidate will support our recruitment and business development teams by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive strategic growth. This role requires strong research skills, familiarity with the US staffing industry, and the ability to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research and Analysis :
  • Conduct research on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pool Analysis :
  • Identify and build candidate databases using tools like , job boards, and CRM systems.
  • Evaluate talent supply and demand in various regions and industries to support recruitment efforts.
  • Client and Competitor Analysis :
  • Research potential clients and provide insights into their hiring needs, organizational structures, and market positioning.
  • Monitor competitors’ strategies and suggest actionable recommendations for staying ahead.
  • Data Management and Reporting :
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research findings, market trends, and client information.
  • Collaboration and Support :
  • Work closely with the sales, recruitment, and leadership teams to provide strategic insights.
  • Support business development by identifying and prioritizing target clients and markets.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the US staffing market, including industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in research tools and platforms, including , job boards, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Glassdoor, Sales navigator, Microsoft tools or similar analytics platforms.
