Job Description
Graduate in Accounting / Finance, master’s preferred.
- 6-8 years of Insurance industry experience covering Month-end close, Journal posting, reconciliations, etc.,
- Ability to provide SME support and conduct first level review of team’s work
- Able to work independently on time sensitive deliverable during close period
- Hands on experience with tools such as Oracle, Black Line, etc. preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suit such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform periodic review of process documentation (SOPs)
- Good communication and business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments
- Ensure adherence to process service level metrics, controls and preparation of management reports
- Ability to identify and drive process improvement opportunities
- Adherence to Service levels
