Job Description

Graduate in Accounting / Finance, master’s preferred.

  • 6-8 years of Insurance industry experience covering Month-end close, Journal posting, reconciliations, etc.,
  • Ability to provide SME support and conduct first level review of team’s work
  • Able to work independently on time sensitive deliverable during close period
  • Hands on experience with tools such as Oracle, Black Line, etc. preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office Suit such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform periodic review of process documentation (SOPs)
  • Good communication and business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments
  • Ensure adherence to process service level metrics, controls and preparation of management reports
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvement opportunities
  • Adherence to Service levels
