Job Summary :

Responsible for stores & purchase of all raw material and engineering spares

Key Accountabilities

Key deliverables :

• Responsible for raising purchase orders ,Scheduling and coordination with suppliers for timely supplies
• Responsible for procurement of RM, PM and Engineering items
• Finalization of service, AMC and consumable contract
• Project procurement & co-ordination
• Inventory management and control
• Manage disposal of scraps and Obsoletes
• Accounting Advance License utilization and coordination with Custom authorities for Customs Clearances
• Responsible for Vendor Management ,Development ,Vendor audits and Ratings
• Responsible for ensuring suppliers payments and its co-ordinations
• Raising Reports , MIS , exceptions and other information
