The Role
Sales / Service co-ordination activities with respect to Customer Database Management
Sales / Service co-ordination with Principles, Service Report Summaries, claims form submission etc.
Technical Assistance during various training program
Tender Document preparations & online submissions
Maintaining a record of documents
Preparing quotations for sales, projects, and service team
Preparing indents for outside Purchase of equipment’s.
Follow up on AMC / CMC payments
To write report on clients and customer activity or complaints
Assisting the admin manager in admin activities of office
All co-ordination activities for transportation of Lab Equipment’s
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Service Management role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have working knowledge of computer, mailing, good communication and excel
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
