We are seeking an Associate Director to join our growing Ethics & Compliance team. Guidehouse’s Ethics & Compliance team is part of the Office of the General Counsel and is focused on advancing and fostering integrity-based decision making, promoting compliance with external regulations and internal policies, and supporting internal investigations. This role reports to the Director of Ethics & Compliance.

What You Will Do :

Support Guidehouse's Ethics & Compliance department in ensuring the Company' s operations in India comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Conduct and oversee compliance investigations for all Ethics & Compliance matters in India. This individual will conduct investigations according to established procedure and in compliance with local law. This includes conducting interviews, reviewing relevant documentation, and making findings about potential policy violations or violations of law.

Responsible for coordination and oversight of local POSH Committees for the prevention of Sexual Harassment.

Developing and / or Maintaining relevant Ethics & Compliance policies and procedures

Develop and present reporting related to investigations in India

Maintain organized and up to date case files for investigations using Ethicspoint system.

Develop and execute communications plan to raise awareness of key Ethics & Compliance topics, including the availability of the Ethics Hotline and available reporting channels.

Assistance with other Ethics & Compliance projects as assigned.

What You Will Need :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in law, business administration, or human resources.

7-10 years of relevant professional experience in conducting investigations in a variety of subject areas (employee relations, human resources, code of conduct, etc.) with a focus in India.

Strong knowledge of India compliance laws, regulations and best practices.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.

Strong organization skills

Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail

Able to demonstrate integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values, including the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Ability to succinctly summarize findings into clear and concise investigation report.

Fluency in English

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Prior experience using Navex Global Ethicspoint System.

Prior experience working in an Ethics & Compliance department at a mid-to large size Company.

Prior experience working for a US headquartered company.

Prior experience writing investigation reports and presenting findings.

Excellent public speaking skills
