Responsibilities and Duties :
Business & Market Research
- Conduct secondary research based on client’s specifications with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner
- Research requirements may encompass (but are not limited to) company profiles, industry overviews, current awareness updates, competitor landscapes etc.
- Depending on client industry, you may also be required to process specific information access queries. However, these will not require any specialized knowledge (e.g. law firm client requests will not require access to expert legal knowledge or content)
- Provide support to operations during time-critical situations
- Interact directly both by telephone and email with global clients
- Work collaboratively with clients and team members to produce high-quality research outputs / reports using client and internal templates
