The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy :  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Marketing Execution :  Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to promote our properties and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing :  Facilitate negotiations between clients and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties. Manage the closing process, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

    • The Profile

    Qualifications :

  • Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certifications in real estate are a plus.
  • Experience :  Proven experience in a sales and / or marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills :  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Strong presentation skills are essential.
  • Sales Expertise :  Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Marketing Knowledge :  Familiarity with marketing principles and tools, including digital marketing, social media, and market analysis.
