Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with potential patients and their families to understand their healthcare needs and guide them through HexaHealth's services and offerings.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of HexaHealth and build trust with prospective clients.
Manage and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into successful engagements.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of HexaHealth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including patient care coordinators and operations, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Stay updated on HexaHealth's services, processes, and the broader healthcare landscape.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Adapt to rotational shifts and a 6-day work week, including adherence to weekly offs.
Skills We Seek :
1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help people.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a difference.
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration
