Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential patients and their families to understand their healthcare needs and guide them through HexaHealth's services and offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of HexaHealth and build trust with prospective clients.
  • Manage and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into successful engagements.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of HexaHealth.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including patient care coordinators and operations, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Stay updated on HexaHealth's services, processes, and the broader healthcare landscape.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and a 6-day work week, including adherence to weekly offs.

Skills We Seek :

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a difference.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration
