Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to help us expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment / staffing industry and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions (temporary, contract, permanent, or bulk hiring).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring leads, and decision-makers.
  • Set up client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular updates to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing / recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office / G-Suite tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
